Consultation takes various forms. It can begin with a specialist wellbeing assessment within your organisation. to tailor a bespoke service to your specific needs.

Meetings take the form of 1:1 or small group coaching, supervision, workshop and webinar based training, advice or mediation. Usually, I engage with executive and leadership teams to begin with, then cascade throughout the whole organisation if required.
